Magda & Charlotte

Magda is a Fundraising Manager for Raising Health, the registered charity of Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust (LPT), and Charlotte is the Health and Wellbeing Lead for LPT, clinical hypnotherapist with private practice and runs a small yoga studio in Leicester. Together, they drive initiatives that enhance staff wellbeing and provide support beyond the Trust's responsibilities. Magda, a mindfulness practitioner and teacher, and Charlotte, a yoga instructor and owner of Freedom from Sugar Addiction Ltd., share a passion for wellbeing.
