The Private Office That Has Everything!


Whilst we have many different offices available at Challenge House, once in a while something becomes available that offers more than the standard office. Suite 2.15 has recently become available and it offers a large, open-plan, office, LED lighting, air conditioning, new white desking, a private kitchen/breakout area, a number of allocated parking spaces and an optional private office/boardroom.

The suite is ready for immediate occupation and is generously sized at 1,033 sqft and as you can see from the photo you could certainly accommodate between 20-25 people in the office.


The office, located on the top floor, offers plenty of natural light meaning that you will never be short of fresh air. The air conditioning system provides climate control for the suite in the warmer months.

We provide a CityFibre gigabit fibreoptic internet service which provides a fast and stable internet connection and ample bandwidth for clients. For this suite we are including a whopping 50Mbps of dedicated bandwidth. We also provide an ethernet cable on each desk which is already connected to the network so you can just plug and play when you move in. We also now have a brand new secondary gigabit fibre line providing resilience in the unlikely event that the primary line goes down.


On top of this, each desk is provided with a premium Avaya telephone and the office has a local phone number for inbound and outbound calls. How much are calls? Well, we also throw in domestic calls to 01, 02, 03 and most 07 numbers for free (subject to fair use) which is quite handy and one less thing you need to budget or think about.

There is also an optional, 300sqft private office/boardroom which adjoins the office but which also has its own private entrance from the hallway. The room, currently set-up as a boardroom for 10 people offers plenty of space for additional seats or storage/meeting furniture but could also work well for a team or management office with 6-desks. This office is available for £1,200+VAT per month and can be taken as an option on Suite 2.15.

Remember that Challenge House clients can also benefit from using our onsite meeting rooms, café and business lounge areas. The road, rail and bus connections are excellent. It takes 10 minutes to walk to Bletchley Railway Station and just 2 minutes to get to the bus stop whilst you can be on the M1 and A6 within minutes. If you need to get to Central Milton Keynes, trains run regularly throughout the day and take around 5 minutes whilst Central London can be reached in under 40 minutes.
